According to the recent notification, a total of 14 vacancies have been allotted for the posts of CxO and Chief Technology Officer.
CxO (Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer) – 4 posts
Chief Technology Officer – 10 posts
Education Qualification:-
Candidates who wish to apply for the post of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) must have passed any degree in CAIIB and CS from a government or government recognized university.
Candidates who want to apply for the post of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) must have passed Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree from a government or government recognized university.
Candidates who wish to apply for the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) must have passed Chartered Accountant from a government or government recognized university.
Candidates who want to apply for the post of Chief Technology Officer must have passed Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree from a government or government recognized university.
Candidates who want to apply for the post of Officers for Supervision must have passed Degree from Government or Government recognized University.
Experience:-
According to the job, the candidates should have at least 5 years to 15 years of previous experience in the concerned field.
Age Limit:-
The age limit of the applicants based on the job is given below.
All CXO positions – 40 years to 57 years
Officers for Supervision – 57 years to 63 Years
Salary: –
Candidates selected for the CXO post will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.5 lakh.
It has been informed that the candidates selected for Officers for Supervision will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.1 lakh.
Selection Process:-
The selection will be based on shortlisting and Interview. In case the number of candidates who apply and fulfil the eligibility criteria are more, a preliminary screening of the applications by the Screening Committee, will be carried out for short-listing eligible candidates to be called for the Interview
NHB Application Fee:
SC/ST/PwBD Candidates – Rs.175/-
Others – Rs. 850/-
How to Apply:
I. Candidates to go to the National Housing Bank website www.nhb.org.in click on the section “[email protected]” “CURRENT VACANCIES” “Recruitment of Officers on Contract – 2022” “Click here to Apply Online (Link will be activated shortly)” which will open a new screen.
ii. To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.
iii. Candidates are required to upload their –

A hand written declaration
as per the specifications given in Point 10C (C) to this Advertisement.
iv. In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Prior to submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.
v. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.
