31 vacancies have been allotted for posts of Contract basis as Advisor (E4-E6), Sr.Consultant (E-0-E3) and Consultant (W7-W12) in Mechanical, Electrical, Laboratory and Materials/Transportation
Education Qualification:-
Applicable to employees working in any discipline at Unit/Office who superannuated from the services of the Company at or below the level of Cheif Manager (E-6) except those who were removed from services on disciplinary grounds or those who resigned from the Company.
Candidates should be clear from Vigilance angle at the time of retirement.
Age Limit:-
Candidate should not be beyond 65 years of age as on 30.12.2021.
Salary: –
Executives: 50% of Last drawn Pay (Basic Pay +DA) (rounded off to the next higher 100 rupees). Non-Executives:- 50% of Last drawn Pay (Basic Pay +DA) (rounded off to the next).
Special Pay, Personal Pay / Stagnation Increment, etc. being drawn at the time of superannuation shall not be payable. No other allowance / perks shall be payable.
Selection Process:-
Selection of the candidates will be made through a personal interview. No TA/DA is payable for appearing in the interview or for joining at Unit in case of selection.

Interested eligible superannuated employee may submit the application in the enclosed Pro-forma along-with self attested copies of certificates regarding date of birth, should reach on or before 30.12.2021 in sealed envelope subscribed as – “Application for engagement as a Advisor/Sr.Consultant/Consultant” to Chief Manager(HR) at Vijaipur Unit.
The application may be sent either by Post/Scanned copy (PDF) through email to: [email protected]. List of Shortlisted candidates will be displayed on website and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview at Vijaipur Unit.
