11 Vacancies in Vellore District, Central Jail are divided on the basis of following posts.
1. Packer Clerk – 02
2. Cook – 01
3. Garden Watchman – 01
4. Sanitary Worker – 07
Education Qualification:-
1. Candidates should possess the following educational qualifications from Government or Government recognized schools / educational institutions as appropriate for the job applied for.
2. Candidates who have passed 10th standard can apply for the job of Scribe Clerk.
3. Candidates applying for the posts of Chef Writer and Cook should have at least 02 years to 03 years of experience in the relevant fields.
Age Limit:-
1. The age limit of the candidates has been decided as minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years.
2. Age relaxation is also provided for SCA / SC / ST – 05 years and MBC / BC / BC (M) – 02 years.
Salary: –
1. As per the Level 02 pay scale for the candidates selected for the posts of Scribe Writer and Cook, Rs. 15,900/- to Rs.50,400/- as monthly salary.
2. As per the Level 01 pay scale for the candidates selected for Garden Guard, Sanitation Worker Jobs, Rs. 15,700/- to Rs.50,000/- as monthly salary.
