AVNL produces battle tanks i.e. T-72, T-90, MBT Arjun and Infantry Combat Vehicles, support vehicles (MPV, AERV etc.) and Defence mobility solutions (Stallion, LPTA etc.) for the armed forces and homelandsecurity agencies. Qualification:-
Candidates should possess the following educational qualifications from Government or Government recognized Colleges / Universities as per the job applied for.
Candidates who have completed Degree in Law can apply for Company Secretary job.
Consultant (Business Strategy, Marketing), Sr. Candidates who have completed PG Diploma, Degree or MBA Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management can apply for Executive (Business Strategy, Marketing).
Sr. Candidates who have completed CMA Degree can apply for Manager (Cost Accounting) job.
Candidates who have completed CA, CMA or MBA Degree can apply for Consultant (Finance & Accounts) job.
Sr. Candidates who have completed CA, CMA or MBA Degree can apply for Manager (Corporate Treasury Management) job.
Those who have completed Bachelor’s Degree or MCA Degree in Computer Science, IT can apply for Data Base Administrator, System Administrator, Web Developer (PHP) jobs.
Experience:-
Candidates who are interested to apply for these jobs should have minimum 03 years to maximum 10 years working experience in related fields.
Age Limit:-
Company Secretary, Sr. Maximum 50 years for Manager jobs,
Maximum age for Consultant (Business Strategy, Marketing) is 62 years,
Sr. Maximum 45 years for Executive (Business Strategy, Marketing) job,
Maximum 65 years for Consultant (Finance & Accounts) post,
Maximum 40 years for Data Base Administrator, System Administrator (Linux) jobs,
The maximum age limit for Web Developer (PHP) job is 27 years.
Salary Details:-
Candidates will get a minimum monthly salary of Rs.80,000/- to a maximum of Rs.1,10,000/- as per the job selected.
Selection Process:-
Selection will be based on qualification and experience and/or performance in the interview/interaction.
(i) SCREENING: Screening of Applications will be done by a Screening Committee constituted for that purpose. Candidates are required to fill in the Application Form (attached with the advertisement) complete in all respects. The complete Application Form has to be submitted to AVNL/HR for screening by the Screening Committee. Candidates may be shortlisted for Interview. The Company may adopt higher criteria in case of receipt of more number of applicants meeting eligibility criteria.
(ii) INTERVIEW:
If required, Personal Interview/interaction will be conducted.
The offer of engagement shall be issued to the suitable candidates in the order of merit and based on the number of vacancies and will be subject to verification of antecedents and caste certificate (in case of reserved category candidates) as per Govt. of India guidelines.
